History

The founder of intelligent Net yield, Paul J Fiumano launched his first company at age 17, At 25 he successfully restructured a Madison Ave business software application company, and by 29 built an international BPO firm for the transportation industry from his basement into a 120 country global company and successfully exited in 2001. Mr. Fiumano went on to start a consulting firm for financial institutions, consumer lenders and the telecom industry which parlayed an “A” list clientele the likes of, JP Morgan Chase, Citibank, GE Consumer Finance, Barclays Bank, Ford Motor Credit, Chrysler Credit, Santander Consumer USA, Nissan Motor Acceptance, Toyota Motor Credit, Verizon Wireless, Sprint, AT&T Wireless, Fannie Mae to name a few. During Paul’s 30 plus year career he helped build and sell an array of companies, from an executive search firm to an offshore call center. In recent years Mr. Fiumano has aligned his business interests with his personal goal of backing projects which have a positive effect on mankind and help evolve humanity. Backing forward thinking initiatives such as Fin-tech (digital payments, cyber security, fraud protection, crypto currency, commodity exchange) Alternative fuels, Environmental, Entertainment & Health and Wellness. Paul has always had a keen eye for branding and logo design with a knack for creating an environment that tells the story of the company’s vision and connects with the end user. He has a passion for bringing a business from concept to fruition with a painstaking attention to detail and drive for excellence. Fortunately, along his journey Paul has assembled a wealth of resources and a team of talented people and service providers who have greatly attributed to the success of his ventures. In 2017 Mr. Fiumano decided to launch Intelligent Net Yield (INY) and share his experience, the aforementioned resources and his team with the rest of business world so they too can, “Grow Profitably”. Geoffrey Chalmers, Esq

is engaged in the private practice of law and legal and compliance consulting to the financial services industry. His offices are in Boston, Massachusetts. He served as Vice President and General Counsel of Commonwealth Financial Network, Inc., an independent broker-dealer, from 1992 to 1996, and of Liberty Real Estate Corporation, part of Liberty Mutual Insurance Company, from 1987 to 1992. Currently he serves as General Counsel to software firms in the healthcare, cyber security and entertainment businesses. Mr. Chalmers has, for over 3 decades, provided legal services, predominantly relating to the financial industry, in a number of capacities including in-house as Vice President and General Counsel of Continental Investment Corporation, a Boston-based financial services company, as Attorney-Examiner at the Securities and Exchange Commission, and as a law associate at Cravath, Swaine & Moore. INY benefits from Mr. Chalmers experience and so do our clients.
